Queries

For returns under UK Distance Selling Regulations, items returned for a refund must be returned at the buyers cost and the item must be returned in exactly the same way as it was sent out by us i.e. original box, same condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the item/items delivery.

These rules do not apply to items purchased at £42.00 or under.
